1. 全系列機(jī)種配置超高精密滾柱型線軌，床身結(jié)構(gòu)堅(jiān)固、能承受高速運(yùn)動(dòng)產(chǎn)生的慣量

   All V series three axle motor end seats are assembled after precise shovel, and then handled with strict assembly and pre drawing to ensure the long term stability of the transmission system

3. 全V系列鞍座與工作臺(tái)為箱形結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。加大結(jié)構(gòu)件高度，具有輕量化，高剛性特性融合速度與結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性的完美設(shè)計(jì)，預(yù)留加裝第四、五軸NC空間。

4. 全V系列采用超大底座與立柱、超寬滑道跨距，強(qiáng)化機(jī)底質(zhì)量與Z軸厚實(shí)穩(wěn)固的結(jié)構(gòu)體，及采用馬達(dá)剎車系統(tǒng)，確保高速移動(dòng)與切削過程的不晃動(dòng)。高剛性雙螺帽滾珠螺桿，采用高功率軸向伺服馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)
