主機結(jié)構(gòu)采米漢納FCD300鑄鐵，剛性佳、耐磨，可承受大負(fù)載及沖擊力，精度持久不變形

主軸采用(SCM-440)日本紅十字鉻鉏合金鋼材質(zhì)，整支經(jīng)調(diào)質(zhì)滲碳高周波熱處理精密研磨、剛性強韌，主軸配合精密級主軸配對軸承，切削能力強、精度佳,能承受重切削
The spindle by the Japanese Red Cross (SCM-440) hoe chromium alloy steel material, a quenched carburizing high frequency heat treatment precision grinding, toughness and spindle with precision spindle bearing pair, cutting ability, precision is good, can bear heavy cutting
主軸升降齒管采用S45C中碳鋼，經(jīng)高周波硬化處理及鍍鉻精密研磨處理
