一、對(duì)應(yīng)成套門產(chǎn)品的門套技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)是否符合作為成套門產(chǎn)品所要求的牢固、準(zhǔn)確、穩(wěn)定三大技術(shù)特性；

1、 Whether the technical structure of the door cover corresponding to the complete set of door products meets the three major technical characteristics of firmness, accuracy, and stability required as a complete set of door products;

二、整套門套安裝人員在安裝現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的事先勘察和安裝過(guò)程中工藝流程的規(guī)范化（如使用發(fā)泡劑等方法可能對(duì)門套的牢固性、準(zhǔn)確性和今后的使用穩(wěn)定性都有可能產(chǎn)生影響）。

2、 The installation personnel of the entire set of door jambs shall conduct preliminary investigation on the installation site and standardize the process flow during the installation process (such as using foaming agents and other methods may have an impact on the firmness, accuracy, and future stability of the door jambs).

1、根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙檢查門的規(guī)格、開(kāi)啟方向及相關(guān)附件。

1. Check the specifications, opening direction, and related accessories of the door according to the design drawings.

2、用卷尺測(cè)量門洞的高度和寬度。門的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)高度和寬度為200cm×80cm；衛(wèi)生間門的高度和寬度為200cm×70cm。如尺寸有出入，應(yīng)及時(shí)糾正。

2. Measure the height and width of the door opening with a tape measure. The standard height and width of the door is 200cm × 80cm； The height and width of the bathroom door are 200cm × 70cm。 If there is any discrepancy in size, it should be corrected in a timely manner.

3、測(cè)量位置線，確定門框的位置，用墨棒拉出垂直線，一側(cè)門洞有兩條垂直線。

4、用沖擊鉆在垂直線上鉆孔。這些洞之間的距離大約是30厘米。一扇側(cè)門的兩排有10個(gè)孔。沖擊鉆鉆頭為12mm，鉆孔深度約6cm。

5、用錘子把小木楔一個(gè)一個(gè)地釘進(jìn)洞里，固定門框板。楔子尺寸為5cm×1．5cm×1．5cm，由落葉松制成。落葉松木材結(jié)構(gòu)緊密，不易松動(dòng)。

5. Use a hammer to nail small wooden wedges one by one into the holes and fix the door frame plate. Wedge size is 5cm × 1．5cm × 1.5cm, made of larch. The structure of larch wood is tight and not easy to loosen.

6、切割材料制成門框。左右側(cè)門框龍骨木板尺寸為200cm×3cm×8cm，門框頂龍骨木板尺寸為80cm×3cm×8cm。將高密度9cm板粘在龍骨上，用汽槍釘固定。

6. Cut the material to make the door frame. The size of the left and right door frame keel board is 200cm × 3cm × 8cm, the size of the keel board on the top of the door frame is 80cm × 3cm × 8cm。 Stick the high-density 9cm board onto the keel and fix it with an air gun nail.

7、根據(jù)門的形狀將三個(gè)門框連接起來(lái)，用大釘子固定在接縫處。

10、在門框頂部釘上釘子，掛好鉛垂線，通過(guò)鉛垂線調(diào)整門框垂直度，測(cè)量時(shí)用扭釘將門框固定在門洞上。

10. Nail the top of the door frame with a nail, hang a plumb line, adjust the verticality of the door frame through the plumb line, and fix the door frame to the door opening with a twist nail during measurement.

11、做門面線。門面可根據(jù)圖紙從箱中取出或由施工人員制作。生產(chǎn)完成后，將門面固定在門框六上，使門套基本完成。

11. Make a facade line. The facade can be taken out of the box according to the drawings or made by construction personnel. After the production is completed, fix the door surface on the door frame 6, so that the door pocket is basically completed.

12、將門放在門套上，確定鉸鏈在門套上的具體位置，然后根據(jù)鉸鏈的厚度切出口徑。同時(shí)切斷鎖套的直徑。將車門安裝到門套上，并用螺絲刀擰緊鉸鏈的螺釘。

12. Place the door on the door pocket, determine the specific position of the hinge on the door pocket, and then cut the aperture according to the thickness of the hinge. Simultaneously cut off the diameter of the lock sleeve. Install the door onto the door pocket and tighten the hinge screws with a screwdriver.
